Job Title: HR & Admin Executive Role Overview: We’re seeking a proactive, detail‑oriented HR & Admin Executive to manage HR operations and office administration—ensuring smooth day‑to‑day functioning and fostering a positive, compliant workplace culture. Drive end‑to‑end recruitment: job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, offers, onboarding . Maintain employee records, personnel files, and HR databases with accuracy HRIS implementation Assist with payroll and attendance management Support performance management processes and appraisal cycles Implement HR policies and address employee queries . Plan employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies . Manage office operations: correspondence, emails, calls, scheduling, etc. Keep administrative equipment and office supplies in order; coordinate facilities and vendor interactions Prepare MIS reports, meeting minutes, presentations, and HR metrics Assist with general errands and ad‑hoc executive support tasks Qualifications & Skills : Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field. Minimum 2–5 years of combined HR and administrative experience. Proficiency in HR software, MS Office, and strong record‑keeping acumen Excellent communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills High attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizational abilities.
