· Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, systems, and procedures.
· Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files (joining forms, ID, certificates, etc.).
· Conduct manpower planning and ensure timely recruitment based on department requirements.
· Handle new employee onboarding, induction, and training programs.
· Manage employee life cycle — joining to exit formalities (resignation, clearance, full & final).
· Plan and monitor staff confirmations, transfers, promotions, and performance appraisals.
· Prepare and issue HR letters — appointment, confirmation, warning, increment, etc.
· Support management in defining KRAs (Key Result Areas) and evaluating performance.
· Coordinate with department heads for manpower forecasting and budgeting.
· Source candidates through job portals, consultants, referrals, and walk-ins.
· Conduct screening, telephonic and face-to-face interviews.
· Prepare offer letters and ensure proper joining documentation.
· Maintain updated employee database with joining, department, and attendance details.
· Monitor employee attendance, shift schedules, and leaves on a daily basis.
· Manage biometric or manual attendance system for staff and workers.
· Verify overtime, leave, late marks, and absenteeism before payroll processing.
· Prepare monthly salary statements and coordinate with the accounts department for disbursement.
· Maintain data for PF, ESIC, PT, and TDS deductions accurately.
· Handle workers’ wages, overtime, and bonus calculations as per labour law.
· Ensure timely registration, renewal, and compliance of all statutory requirements:
· PF, ESIC, PT, Bonus Act, Gratuity Act, Labour Welfare Fund, Factories Act, Contract Labour Act.
· Maintain all HR and safety records as per factory inspection requirements.
· Liaise with government authorities, consultants, and labour departments for audits and inspections.
· Prepare MIS and compliance reports for management.
· Oversee general administration of factory and office premises.
· Maintain housekeeping, security, and canteen operations effectively.
· Supervise transport, guest arrangements, stationery, and utility maintenance.
· Ensure proper maintenance of assets — furniture, machinery, computers, CCTV, etc.
· Manage vendor registrations, quotations, and AMC renewals for admin-related services.
· Handle telephone, internet, and IT support coordination.
· Foster a positive and disciplined work culture among workers and staff.
· Conduct regular employee feedback, grievance handling, and counselling sessions.
· Organize welfare programs — birthday celebrations, safety week, training, and team-building events.
· Plan employee engagement and communication initiatives to reduce attrition.
· Assist management in implementing reward and recognition programs.
· Ensure compliance with safety policies and PPE usage.
· Coordinate safety training, first-aid, and fire safety drills with the maintenance team.
· Maintain health records, accident registers, and ESI documentation.
· Identify training needs in coordination with department heads.
· Organize skill development programs and technical / behavioral training.
· Maintain training attendance and effectiveness reports.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
