We are looking for HR Executives | Human Resource (Freshers) who are passionate about starting their career in Human Resources. As an HR Trainee, you will get exposure to multiple areas of HR including recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and employee support. Key Responsibilities:
* Support in hiring activities posting jobs, screening resumes, coordinating interviews
* Assist in joining formalities, induction, and employee orientation
* Update and maintain HR databases, attendance, and records
* Help the team with employee engagement initiatives
* Coordinate with managers for day-to-day HR requirements
* Prepare simple reports and assist in HR documentation
