The role involves sourcing, screening, and onboarding talent, while also supporting key HR functions such as employee engagement, record keeping, and compliance. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling multiple HR tasks in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Recruitment: Coordinate with functional heads to understand hiring needs and plan manpower accordingly. Job Posting & Sourcing: Draft and publish job descriptions on various channels (job portals, social media, internal referrals). Source potential candidates through databases, professional networks, and online platforms. Screening & Shortlisting: Conduct initial screening of resumes and evaluate candidate fitment. Carry out preliminary HR interviews and assess communication, attitude, and cultural alignment. Interview Coordination: Schedule and facilitate interviews with departmental managers. Manage all communication with candidates throughout the interview lifecycle. Offer & Onboarding: Prepare offer letters, follow up on acceptances, and ensure all pre-joining documentation is in place. Facilitate smooth onboarding and orientation for new hires. Database Management: Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and hiring MIS reports for internal reviews. Monitor metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and attrition analysis. Employer Branding & Talent Engagement: Participate in employer branding initiatives, career fairs, and campus hiring drives. Build a talent pool for future requirements through proactive networking. General HR Activities : Conduct HR inductions and orientation sessions for new employees. Ensure documentation and system entry is complete for new joiners. Employee Records & Compliance: Maintain up-to-date employee data in HRIS systems and physical records. Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal HR policies. Employee Engagement: Plan and execute engagement programs, birthday celebrations, festival events, and team activities. Gather employee feedback and support culture-building initiatives. Performance & Leave Management: Support performance appraisal processes and maintain related documentation. Track leave records, attendance, and coordinate with payroll for inputs.
