Job Description: HR Executive

Department: Human Resources
Reporting To: HR Manager / Management

Job Purpose:

To manage and oversee daily HR operations including recruitment, attendance, payroll coordination, employee relations, policy implementation, and compliance—ensuring a disciplined, efficient, and positive workplace aligned with company policies and values.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage complete recruitment lifecycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Conduct joining formalities, background verification, and induction programs.
  • Maintain updated manpower planning and coordinate with department heads for hiring needs.

2. Attendance, Leave & Payroll Coordination

  • Monitor and record employee attendance, late marks, half days, and leaves accurately.
  • Prepare monthly attendance summaries and forward them for payroll processing.
  • Calculate and verify salary bifurcations (Basic, HRA, Incentives, Deductions, Overtime, etc.).
  • Process and validate deductions including late marks, half days, unpaid leaves, advances, and statutory deductions (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS if applicable).
  • Coordinate closely with the Accounts Department for final payroll disbursement and salary slips.

3. Employee Relations & Grievance Handling

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns and issues.
  • Resolve grievances with fairness, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Maintain a positive and motivated workplace culture.

4. Policy Implementation & Compliance

  • Communicate HR policies, circulars, and updates effectively across all departments.
  • Monitor adherence to grooming, punctuality, and behavioral standards.
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements and internal audit standards.

5. Performance Management & Appraisals

  • Coordinate performance appraisal processes, KPI tracking, and increment documentation.
  • Maintain performance records and support management in fair evaluation discussions.

6. Training, Development & Engagement

  • Plan and schedule internal/external training programs as per department requirements.
  • Execute employee engagement and welfare activities to enhance motivation and retention.

7. Documentation & HR Reporting

  • Maintain up-to-date employee personal files, contracts, and correspondence.
  • Generate monthly HR reports: attendance, attrition, salary summaries, and compliance data.
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee information at all times.

8. Exit Formalities

  • Manage exit interviews, clearance processes, and full & final settlements.
  • Ensure recovery of company assets and documentation completion.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, salary structure, and HR compliance
  • Proficient in HRMS / MS Excel (especially formulas and reporting)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in salary and attendance records
  • Problem-solving and decision-making ability with fairness and discretion
  • Professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of HR operations experience (preferably in retail/service industry)

Work Timings & Job Location:

  • Work Timings: As per company HR policy (with 15-minute grace period)
  • Weekly Off: On rotational basis, decided by the Department Head
  • Job Location: Showroom premises, Kalyan West

  • Maintain grooming, discipline, and punctuality as per HR norms.
  • Ensure transparent communication between management and employees.
  • Uphold company values of fairness, confidentiality, and integrity in all HR activities.

Take proactive ownership of all assigned responsibilities and team coordination

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
