Job Summary
We are seeking a highly-motivated and versatile HR & Admin Executive to join our founding team. This is a critical "jack-of-all-trades" role for a multi-tasker who can independently manage all core aspects of our office—from hiring and onboarding to payroll, administration, and daily operations.
You will be the central pillar of our office, ensuring the business runs smoothly while we scale. This role requires the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and be the go-to person for our team.
Key Responsibilities 1. Human Resources (HR):
● Be the first point of contact for all employee queries, grievances, and feedback.
● Manage employee records, including leave, attendance, and personal files.
● Develop and implement essential HR policies and procedures.
● Coordinate the performance appraisal process.
● Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
2. Recruitment (End-to-End):
● Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
● Build and maintain a candidate pipeline database (like the one we're building).
● Handle all employee onboarding and induction processes, ensuring a smooth joining
experience.
● Manage employee exit-formalities and offboarding.
3. Payroll & Operations:
● Manage the end-to-end monthly payroll process accurately and on time.
● Handle basic financial administration, such as coordinating invoices, managing expense reports, and petty cash.
● Oversee all general office operations to ensure a productive work environment.
4. Administration & Travel:
● Act as the primary liaison with our co-working space (Praavi Workspace).
● Manage all office logistics, vendor relationships, and procurement of office supplies
and assets.
● Be willing and able to travel occasionally to our other branch offices in Rajasthan
(primarily Bikaner) for administrative, recruitment, or operational support.
Qualifications & Skills
● Experience: 2-3 years of proven experience in an HR Generalist, HR & Admin, or similar role.
● Must-Have Skills:
○ Hands-on, end-to-end payroll processing experience is mandatory.
○ Strong end-to-end recruitment experience.
○ Excellent knowledge of MS Excel (for MIS, reports, and data management).
○ Familiarity with general administrative and operational duties.
● Location: Must be based in Jaipur and able to reliably commute to our office in Jagatpura.
