Job Description

The HR Executive will play a key role in managing and supporting the day-to-day HR operations, ensuring seamless execution of HR functions, and contributing to employee engagement and organizational effectiveness. The role requires a proactive and organized individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Employee Records and Documentation:

  • Employee Records and Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems.
  • Ensure timely preparation and filing of offer letters, contracts, and other HR documents.

Employee Engagement:

  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and wellness programs.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and facilitate conflict resolution when needed.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee grievances and foster a positive work environment.
  • Organize employee engagement programs, celebrations, and recognition initiatives.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for continuous improvement

Performance Management:

  • Support managers in identifying training and development needs for their teams

Compliance and Policy Implementation:

  • Assist in updating HR policies and communicating them effectively to employees.
  • Manage employee benefits, including insurance and leave policies

Training and Development:

  • Coordinate training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills.
  • Maintain training records and assess training outcomes.

General HR Support:

  • Assist in various HR projects and initiatives as required.
  • Provide support during audits and inspections.

Employee Relations Grievance Handling:

  • Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and conflict resolution.
  • Conduct investigations and ensure fair and transparent resolutions.
  • Work with leadership to foster a culture of trust and inclusion.

Key Requirements:

  • Education:

    Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience:

    1-2 years of experience in HR or related roles.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of HR practices.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
