Job Description

We are seeking a creative and experienced Senior Content Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting compelling, engaging, and high-quality content tailored to diverse audiences across various platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B and B2C content, a knack for storytelling, and the ability to drive brand messaging while meeting strategic business objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

1. Content Creation Strategy

Write, edit, and proofread content for blogs, articles, whitepapers, case studies, email campaigns, social media, website pages, and more.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop content that aligns with brand voice and business goals.
Conduct thorough research to ensure content is accurate, authoritative, and resonates with the target audience.

 

2. SEO Optimization

Incorporate SEO best practices into all content to improve search rankings and organic traffic.
Conduct keyword research and optimize on-page content for relevant search terms.
Monitor content performance and refine strategies based on data-driven insights.

 

3. Content Planning Editorial Calendar

Develop and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent publishing and messaging.
Brainstorm and pitch new content ideas that align with industry trends and audience interests.

 

4. Leadership Collaboration

Mentor junior writers, providing guidance and feedback to improve their work.
Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to create cohesive campaigns.
Lead content workshops or brainstorming sessions to foster creativity across the team.

 

5. Market Research Thought Leadership

 
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate them into content strategies.
Create thought leadership pieces that establish the company as a trusted authority in its field.

 

6. Content Performance Analysis

 
Track content performance metrics (engagement, traffic, conversions) and report findings.
Use analytics to refine content strategies and improve ROI.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in content writing, with a focus on digital marketing, US market and B2B industries.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Yoast) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and marketing platforms.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing strategies and user behavior.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience writing for highly technical or niche industries.
  • Familiarity with video scripting or multimedia storytelling.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing for content optimization.
