What You'll do:

Creates technical/user content for a defined, small set of products/technologies and audiences
Drafts, edits, and validates content according to the content strategy and guidelines
Uses a range of techniques and experience with different formats of text, images, and animations for products and solutions
Understands product and content taxonomy
Uses keywords and content taxonomy to support the categorization of content and follows Search Engine Optimization requirements
Ensures content meets quality standards and compliance
Assists in implementing compliance process and standards improvements
Validates content with users and utilizes usability feedback and metrics to improve existing products
Assesses new products and solutions
