Job Summary:
We seek a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive with 2+ years of experience to support and improve HR initiatives, systems, and practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing HR policies, managing recruitment and onboarding, maintaining employee records, and supporting employee engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiativesMaintain employee records according to policy and legal requirementsAdminister compensation and benefit plansSupport performance management processesAddress employee queries regarding HR-related issues, policies, and proceduresOrganize employee engagement programs and activitiesEnsure compliance with labor laws and HR best practicesPrepare HR documents, reports, and analytics as neededRequirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2+ years of proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar HR roleKnowledge of HR functions (recruitment, training, compensation & benefits, etc.)Familiarity with labor laws and disciplinary proceduresExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time management abilitiesProficiency in MS Office and HRMS systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
