HR Executive

Job Title: HR Executive Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding and maintaining HR records. The HR Executive will ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies while supporting a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Staffing: Assist in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Coordinate with hiring managers to define hiring needs. Prepare job descriptions and post job ads on various platforms. Manage onboarding and induction processes for new hires. Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies. Support employee engagement initiatives. Help manage disciplinary and grievance issues in compliance with labor laws. HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases (HRIS). Prepare HR reports such as attendance, attrition, and employee performance. Assist with payroll inputs and leave management. Compliance & Policy Implementation: Ensure adherence to company policies and legal regulations. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Training & Development: Coordinate training sessions and track employee development. Maintain training records and assist in performance appraisal processes. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in an HR role (executive/assistant/associate). Knowledge of HR functions and best practices. Familiarity with HR software (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Understanding of labour laws and employment regulations
