About the Role:

HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. US HR & Compliance (DAX Software Solutions Inc.):

• Coordinate

  US payroll processing

  and timesheet compliance.
• Manage

  H-1B visa

  and other USCIS-related documentation and compliance matters.
• Collaborate with

  OnBlick

  or similar platforms for immigration and HRIS compliance.
• Assist in onboarding and HR support for US-based teams (product and Dynamics 365).

2. Domestic HR Operations (AXTechnosoft):

• Handle

  recruitment

  for India-based technical and non-technical roles.
• Manage onboarding, offer letters, employee records, and HRMS documentation.
• Support employee engagement and grievance handling.

3. Recruitment – US & India:

• Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for

  US IT staffing

  (contract & full-time).
• Manage

  domestic hiring

  for offshore development teams and product teams (e.g., Aonflow),
• Coordinate with technical panels and staffing vendors.

4. Cross-Entity Coordination:

• Liaise with product managers and functional heads across

  Aonflow

  , and

  DAXSWS

  for HR planning.
• Track resource allocations and manage timesheets across global teams.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• MBA in HR

  from a reputed institute (Mandatory).
• 0–3 years of HR experience, preferably in

  IT or SaaS companies

  .
• Working knowledge of

  US payroll processes

  ,

  H-1B visa processes

  , and

  USCIS documentation

  .
• Experience using

  HRMS tools

  like OnBlick, Keka, or similar systems.
• Exposure to

  US IT recruitment

  (W2, C2C, H1B) and

  domestic hiring

  .
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with global teams.
• A fast learner with the ability to multitask across geographies and teams.
