Senior Technical Architect (microsoft Dynamics) AXTECHNOSOFT PRIVATE LIMITED 10 - 20 years Not Disclosed Hyderabad/Secunderabad, Delhi / NCR, Bangalore/Bengaluru Job description Overview: The Senior Microsoft Technical Architect is responsible for solution configuration, customizations, security, support, integrity and management of Microsoft D365 . This position is responsible for solutioning, troubleshooting and issue resolution, management and monitoring of system resources and performance, and support and maintenance of all environments related to Dynamics D365. The Sr. Architect also outlines any gaps, questions or challenges that may hinder progress in future Builds or Sprints. System Managed Service Support Manage user access, roles, privileges and security enhancements. Demonstrate the ability to work systematically and logically to analyze situations, resolve problems, identify causes, and anticipate implications. Diagnose problems, recommend solutions, and determine whether program requirements have been met and/or must be improved. Create MS Tickets where needed and diagnose root causes, and resolve issues. Analyzes business process issues and improvements and provides Technical solution recommendation to Business in timely manner. Follow companys change management process to comply with ITGC policies. Manage relationship with external level two support resources, manage escalation process and jointly troubleshoot issues. Is responsible for dictating design choices to software developers, including but not limited to: platforms, coding and technical levels. Execute data migration activities using the Microsoft Data Migration Framework or other technologies Assist in the training and development of technical support staff Adjust work hours as needed to meet client deadlines. Assist the programmers and developers through designing, programming, testing, deploying, maintaining, and supporting User initiatives. Required Candidate profile The ideal candidate would possess: Education: Master's Degree in computer science, electronics engineering or other engineering or technical discipline is required with 12 years of experience. 10 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education. Very high proficiency in Dynamics AX/D365 development and customization aspects, including X++ programing and AIF Extended knowledge of Object-Oriented programming technologies, including X++ and C# Solid knowledge of Dynamics AX and D365 FO Architecture (layers, models, tiers, etc.) Deep understanding of RESTFul services, web services, WCF/AIF and service-oriented-architecture Extensive understanding of Data Migration and customizing DIXF framework. Ability to troubleshoot existing and create new reports using SSRS Good understanding of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 / D365 data structures Understanding of Devops, Team Foundation System, proper code control, and branching of code Experience in establishing and enforcing standards and practices. Developing the features and capabilities, including Source Code, as work items that were established in the Sprint Plan.
