About Us

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
  • Manage and maintain employee documentation, including onboarding, contracts, and other records.
  • Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
  • Maintain and update employee databases and records.
  • Support in employee relations, addressing queries, and ensuring a positive work environment.
  • Assist in payroll preparation, attendance tracking, and compliance with statutory regulations.
  • Ensure effective communication with employees regarding HR policies, updates, and initiatives.
  • Support in performance management, training, and development programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in an HR generalist role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR documentation, operations, and compliance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of HR software/tools is a plus.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
