1. Correct processing & payment of monthly salary to the employees, on-time payment of PF, ESI, Labour Welfare, income tax, bonus, LTA etc., submission of statutory Returns and compliance of statutory requirements in this regard.
2. Helping employees for PF, gratuity, employee insurance matters etc.
3. HR budgeting exercise and providing monthly project wise MIS data to Management.
4. On-time recruitment & selection of candidates for various departments.
5. Compliance and smooth implementation of ISO procedures of HR Dept.
6. Compliance of statutory requirement like BOCW Act, Contract Labour Act, Shop Act, Minimum Wages Act etc.
7. Organizing training programs for employees, training feedback and ensuring training activity is handled in line with ISO procedures of HR Dept.
8. Handling welfare schemes for employees, organizing annual sports and annual day celebrations.
9. On-time settlement of final accounts of employees etc.
Candidate should have full knowledge & experience in dealing with BOCW Act, Contract Labour Act and other relevant Statutes.
Male candidates with 5 to 6 years experience in the above areas, age upto 30 years, with MBA-HR or MPM, working in Construction industry will be preferred.
