Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Onboarding & Offboarding Ensure seamless transitions for employees from joining to exit, including documentation, workstation setup, logins, induction sessions, and acting as the main point of contact for new hires.
- Employee Engagement & Relations Plan and organize team-building activities, events, newsletters, and celebrations to foster connection, inclusion, and positivity across the workplace.
- Performance Management Support and coordinate performance reviews, probation assessments, appraisals, and regular 1:1 feedback sessions to ensure alignment with company goals and employee growth.
- HR Operations & Benefits Manage HR operations such as attendance tracking, payroll assistance, benefits administration, compliance, and employee records. Assist with payroll reconciliations, audits, and approvals.
- Learning & Development Identify training needs and support L&D initiatives that enhance employee skills, career progression, and overall development.
- Culture & Diversity Initiatives Lead initiatives promoting inclusion, employee recognition, wellness, and awards to strengthen workplace culture.
- HR Strategy & Policy Development Collaborate with leadership to refine HR policies, design initiatives that align with organizational goals, and ensure consistency in promoting a positive work environment.
Must-Have Skills
- Passion for creating a positive and engaging employee experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance.
- Technical proficiency with HR software (HRIS, ATS, payroll systems) and office tools (Word, Excel, presentation tools).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage across all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support data-driven HR decisions.
