The individual would handle office tasks, including coordinating meetings, managing office supplies, and supporting day-to-day operations, while also assisting with HR functions like recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. Providing administrative support to management and staff. HR Support: Assisting with recruitment, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. Onboarding new employees, including providing necessary paperwork and training. Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations. Assisting with employee relations matters. Work Timings : 11 am to 8.30 Pm
