The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations within the manufacturing industry , and be well-versed in end-to-end HR functions. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Manage the entire hiring process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees. Onboarding & Induction: Ensure smooth onboarding and orientation of new hires, making them feel welcomed and integrated. Employee Relations: Handle employee grievances, build positive working relationships, and maintain a healthy work culture. Policy Development & Implementation: Draft, review, and implement HR policies in alignment with organizational goals and industry standards. Compliance & Labor Law Adherence: Ensure compliance with all local labor laws, statutory regulations, and employment-related legal requirements. Performance Management Support: Assist in implementation and monitoring of performance management systems and feedback mechanisms.
