Job Description

About the Role: The HRBP will be responsible to manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle from hire to retire. He/She will act as a strategic partner. Candidate must based in Bangalore. Role and Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify talent gaps and develop solutions for attracting, retaining, and developing key employees. Lead end-to-end recruitment processes including job profiling, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. Experience working in IT services, consulting, or staffing industries Provide strategic HR support to business leaders, focusing on employee retention, engagement, and performance management. Develop and implement effective HR strategies to drive business outcomes, improve processes, and enhance overall organizational effectiveness. Strong knowledge of HR practices, Indian Labor laws, and HR analytics. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to build relationships and influence across all levels of the organization. Educational Qualification and Experience : Any Graduate or Postgraduate.
