About Us

We are a growing organization looking for a dedicated and diligent HR Associate/Manager to join our team as a trusted partner and assistant to leadership. This role is critical in managing day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and supporting smooth HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Interview Coordination

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including screening, scheduling, and coordinating interviews
  • Maintain a talent pipeline and liaise with hiring managers to meet hiring needs promptly

HR Operations & Employee Management

  • Handle leave management, attendance tracking, and employee records maintenance using Keka HR or similar HRMS tools
  • Manage employee queries related to payroll, taxation, benefits, and compliance
  • Oversee employee engagement activities, events, and internal communications to build a positive work environment

Compliance & Legal

  • Maintain and manage statutory compliance portals such as EPFO, PT, and other labor law-related filings
  • Stay updated on Indian tax reforms, payroll taxation issues, and provide practical solutions to employees and management
  • Ensure timely and accurate submissions related to employee tax declarations and benefits

Communication & Reporting

  • Serve as a liaison between employees and management, ensuring clear, respectful, and confidential communication
  • Prepare reports on HR metrics, recruitment status, attendance, and compliance as needed

General HR Support

  • Assist leadership in ad hoc HR tasks and projects
  • Maintain confidentiality, build trust, and demonstrate diligence in all HR-related matters

Candidate Profile

  • Prior experience working with

    Keka HR is highly preferable.

  • Exceptional English communication skills (speaking and writing)
  • Proven experience managing recruitment, employee lifecycle, leave management, and general HR administration
  • Good understanding of Indian labor laws, tax reforms, EPFO, PT, and statutory compliance
  • Ability to engage effectively with employees while maintaining alignment and loyalty to management
  • High level of discretion, trustworthiness, and diligence in handling sensitive information
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
  • Comfortable scheduling calls, coordinating interviews, and managing multiple stakeholders
