As an HR Associate at dSPACE in Trivandrum, you will play a crucial role in the Human Resource department. Your responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with HR teams on various aspects of talent acquisition and management - Assisting in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and candidate coordination - Contributing to onboarding activities for new hires - Supporting HR operations and administration tasks - Gaining hands-on experience in HR processes, including employee relations - Collaborating with cross-functional teams on HR projects and initiatives - Performing data entry, deadline monitoring, and maintenance of HR procedures/tools - Completing any special tasks assigned to you Qualifications required for this role: - Masters in Business Administration (HR specialization), preferably with a B.
