Role Summary
HR Associate
hands-on exposure across core HR functions
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Source and screen candidates across multiple job portals and platforms
- Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers and candidates
- Manage follow-ups and candidate communication
- Maintain applicant tracking data and ensure hiring record hygiene
- Support creation and posting of job descriptions
2. Onboarding & Documentation
- Support end-to-end onboarding, including:
- Offer letter coordination
- Documentation collection and verification
- Induction scheduling
- ID creation and system access setup
- Ensure employee records are accurately updated and maintained
- Track probation timelines and manage confirmation reminders
3. HR Operations & Admin Support
- Assist with attendance tracking, leave management, and basic payroll inputs
- Verify reimbursement documentation and support processing
- Maintain HR trackers, dashboards, and monthly MIS reports
- Support internal HR communication and announcements
4. Employee Experience & Culture
- Assist in execution of employee engagement activities
- Collect employee feedback and escalate concerns appropriately
- Help maintain a responsive, approachable, and employee-friendly HR environment
Growth Path (6–12 Months)
As you grow in the role, you will gradually take independent ownership of:
- A dedicated hiring vertical (e.g., Business, Tech, Operations)
- One or more HR processes (Onboarding, Engagement, HRIS, etc.)
- Specific monthly responsibilities (attendance, MIS, audits)
- HR process improvement and optimization initiatives
What We’re Looking For
0–1.5 years of HR experience
(internships included)- Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn
- High ownership mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines
- Comfort with Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, and HRMS tools
- Professional, patient, and positive approach when dealing with employees

Salary Range
₹20,000 – ₹28,000 per month
