As an HR and Compliance Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing core HR functions and ensuring compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Your responsibilities will involve a combination of employee lifecycle management and compliance oversight to uphold a positive work culture and legal integrity. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Human Resources** - Source, screen, and interview candidates. - Prepare offer letters and manage onboarding programs. - Address grievances, resolve conflicts, and conduct engagement surveys. - Manage salary processing, deductions, and benefits administration. - Coordinate appraisals, maintain accurate employee records, and organize training programs. - **Compliance** - Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies. - Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. - Conduct internal audits, maintain compliance documentation, and investigate non-compliance issues. - Prepare and present compliance reports to management. - Stay updated on changes in employment laws and advise on policy updates. **Skills & Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 2+ years of experience in HR and compliance roles. - Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance standards. - Proficiency in HR software and MS Office. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
