About Us

We are a growing Home Textile company. Our people are our greatest strength, and we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage HR operations, compliance, and employee engagement for our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Manage end-to-end hiring: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
  • Conduct induction programs for new joiners.
  • HR Operations & Records
  • Maintain employee records as per statutory requirements (attendance, leave, personal files, etc.).
  • Ensure accurate and timely HR documentation (offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, exit formalities).
  • Compliance & Statutory Management
  • Handle Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), Professional Tax (PT), and Labour Welfare Fund (LWF) compliances.
  • Ensure compliance with the Shops and Establishment Act, Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Wages Act, and other applicable Indian labor laws.
  • Coordinate with consultants/auditors for returns and inspections.
  • Payroll & Benefits
  • Collate attendance, leaves, overtime details, and prepare monthly payroll inputs.
  • Assist in processing salary, reimbursements, and statutory deductions.
  • Manage employee benefits like gratuity, health insurance, etc.
  • Employee Engagement & Support
  • Address employee queries related to HR policies, leaves, payroll, and compliance.
  • Assist in performance management and training coordination.
  • Organize engagement initiatives to promote a positive work culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in India.
  • Sound knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Shops & Establishment).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (eg - OM SAI)
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

  • Gurukul Indraprashtha, Faridabad, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
