Packaging Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Packaging Coordinator to manage all aspects of product packaging at our home textiles manufacturing unit. This role will be responsible for ensuring the correct use of inserts, labels, tags, packaging materials, and boxes across all SKUs and orders for all buyers, domestic and export. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and well-organised, with experience in product packaging and branding compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee the application of all product labels, tags, inserts, and barcodes.
• Ensure packaging is consistent with brand and buyer specifications.
• Maintain and manage stock levels of all packaging materials including boxes, polybags, tissue paper, stickers, etc.
• Work closely with the production and QC teams to ensure correct packing before dispatch.
• Raise requisitions and follow up for packaging material procurement.
• Create and maintain a checklist system to verify packaging accuracy for each order.
• Conduct final checks on packed goods for presentation and packaging compliance.
• Assist in setting up SOPs for packing processes and maintain packaging quality standards.

Qualifications:

• 2–3 years experience in product packaging coordination (textiles/home products preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and understanding of premium packaging standards.
• Ability to manage multiple SKUs and packaging variations.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets for tracking.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work with internal teams.

Work Schedule:

• Full-time
• 6 days/week, 9:30 to 6:30 pm
• On-site role at factory location

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

• Gurukul Indraprashtha, Faridabad, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Required)

Experience:

• Work: 2 years (Preferred)
