About the role: We have recently expanded Geomiq and created a new Quality hub in India, Bengaluru. This is to help our manufacturers in India with delivering products and ensuring our quality checks are delivered in a timely and efficient manner. We are currently looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our team. Main responsibilities: Manage end-to-end logistics operations for custom-manufactured parts, including inbound and outbound shipments. Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers and delivery partners to ensure timely and efficient transportation of goods. Monitor and optimize inventory levels, ensuring accurate tracking and restocking of materials and finished products. Develop and execute shipping schedules, ensuring compliance with customer deadlines and requirements. Oversee packaging and labeling processes for products to meet internal standards and client specifications. Implement and maintain documentation related to shipping, customs, and transportation compliance. Identify and address logistical challenges, providing solutions to improve operational efficiency. Maintain records of shipment costs, delivery timelines, and carrier performance for analysis and reporting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, customer service, and production) to align logistics operations with business objectives. Support the implementation of process improvements for better cost management and streamlined workflows. Experience Required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. 2 - 3 years of experience with logistics processes in a manufacturing or e-commerce environment. Ability to coordinate effectively with suppliers and vendors globally. Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple priorities.
