About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Merchandiser to join our export house specializing in baby home textile products . The role requires end-to-end ownership of merchandising operations — from development and sampling to order execution — for international clients. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of textile-based baby products, global buyer requirements, and export procedures. Key Responsibilities Manage buyer communications for international accounts, including leading baby and nursery brands. Coordinate the development of baby textile products such as bedding sets, swaddles, quilts, playmats, bibs, and other nursery essentials. Review and interpret buyer tech packs and ensure accurate execution of samples and bulk orders. Prepare and manage time & action (T&A) calendars to ensure timely approvals and production readiness. Collaborate closely with design, sourcing, production, and QA teams to manage sampling and production workflows. Prepare costings, negotiate pricing, and oversee all approvals for fabrics, trims, labels, and packaging. Ensure all product specifications, safety standards, and packaging requirements are met as per international norms (especially for infant products).
