An HR & Admin Officer manages daily HR operations, focusing on personnel records, recruitment support (scheduling, onboarding), policy implementation, payroll assistance, and ensuring legal compliance, acting as a key contact for employee queries and maintaining smooth office administration for a positive work environment.  Key Responsibilities Employee Records: Maintain digital and physical employee files, update databases (HRIS), track leaves, and manage attendance. Recruitment & Onboarding: Post job ads, screen candidates, schedule interviews, prepare new hire paperwork, and conduct orientations. Policy & Compliance: Support the implementation of HR policies, create FAQs, and ensure adherence to labor laws. Payroll & Benefits: Gather data for payroll, assist with benefits administration, and answer employee questions. Reporting & Communication: Generate HR reports (hiring trends, attrition) and manage internal communications. Administrative Support: Handle general office tasks, manage facilities, and support HR manager requests.  Essential Skills Technical: Proficient with HRIS/HRMS, databases, Microsoft Office, online tools. Soft Skills: Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, problem-solving, empathy, integrity, discretion.  Qualifications Often a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field. Relevant certifications can be beneficial.  Role Context Acts as the first point of contact for HR-related matters. Balances employee needs with organizational goal
