Job Description

Handle up to 120+ customer calls per day (inbound & outbound). Convert potential leads into confirmed appointments or walk-ins. Effectively manage on-call consultation and service scheduling. Follow up with leads and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat visits. Accurately schedule appointments as per therapist/branch availability. Maintain customer records, feedback, and call logs using internal tools. Coordinate with front office and branch managers for smooth operations. Resolve basic customer queries, complaints, or service requests with a professional approach. Promote services, membership packages, and seasonal offers during customer interactions. Achieve daily & Weekly call and conversion targets as assigned.
