Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Representative located in Chennai. The Front Desk Representative will be responsible for phone etiquette, receptionist duties, customer service, reservations, and effective communication with clients and staff.

• Receptionist Duties and Customer Service skills
• Experience in handling reservations
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
