Job Description

**Reports to**: HR Manager/HR Director

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR to join our team. The HR will support the HR department in various administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and have excellent communication skills, contributing to the efficient operation of the HR department.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

- **Administrative Support**: Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.

- **Employee Records**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, job contracts, and performance reviews.

- **Recruitment Assistance**: Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, maintaining applicant databases, and conducting initial candidate screenings.

- **Onboarding**: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring all required documentation is completed.

- **Payroll Support**: Help with payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in employee time and attendance records.

- **Benefits Administration**: Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, such as health insurance and retirement plans.

- **HR Policy Implementation**: Support the implementation and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.

- **Employee Relations**: Address employee queries and issues, providing information and support as needed.

- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in all HR practices.

- **Training and Development**: Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops.

- **Event Coordination**: Help coordinate HR events such as job fairs, team-building activities, and employee recognition programs.

- **Data Entry and Reporting**: Enter and update data in HR systems and prepare regular HR reports and statistics.

### **Qualifications:**

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- **Experience**: Previous experience in an HR role or administrative position is preferred.

- **Skills**:

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Familiarity with HR software and databases.

- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
