HR Admin (Female)

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Additionally, you will maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers, and coordinate with hiring managers for manpower planning. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment process - Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers - Coordinate with hiring managers for manpower planning - Support initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and workplace culture - Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances - Organize employee welfare and engagement activities - Ensure compliance with statutory laws (PF, ESIC, etc.) - Maintain HR records and employee files - Assist in the performance appraisal process - Track employee performance against goals - Maintain performance-related data and reports - Draft and issue HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, etc.) - Manage HRMIS and databases - Support in policy implementation and documentation Qualifications Required: - Strong knowledge of HR operations and labor laws - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in MS Office and HR software - Organizational and problem-solving abilities - Confidentiality and integrity Additional Company Details: The company offers benefits such as a flexible schedule, provided food, health insurance, internet reimbursement, life insurance, and provident fund.
