As a part of the dynamic team at InCruiter, you will be contributing to a next-generation technical screening and talent assessment platform. InCruiter is a SaaS-based organization with an interview service (IaaS) at its core, aiming to revolutionize traditional evaluation techniques for screening candidates by providing completely automated hiring solutions. Your role at InCruiter will involve various key responsibilities such as facilitating smooth onboarding and orientation for new hires, managing and maintaining employee records and HR databases, ensuring compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements, planning and executing employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and workplace culture, monitoring attendance and leave management, and handling exit formalities efficiently. To be successful in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of 2+ years of HR generalist experience. A good understanding of HR systems, labor laws, and best practices is essential, coupled with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Your attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools will be crucial for excelling in this position.
