Job Description

As a Recruitment & Staffing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates. Additionally, you will maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers, and coordinate with hiring managers for manpower planning. Your role will also involve supporting initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and workplace culture, acting as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances, and organizing employee welfare and engagement activities. Ensuring compliance with statutory laws such as PF, ESIC, etc., and maintaining HR records and employee files will be crucial aspects of your responsibilities. In terms of Performance Management, you will assist in the performance appraisal process, track employee performance against goals, and maintain performance-related data and reports. You will also be involved in HR Operations & Administration tasks such as drafting and issuing HR letters, managing HRMIS and databases, and supporting policy implementation and documentation. The work location is in Burhanpur, Madhya Pradesh, and reliable commuting or relocation is required.
