Now, we’re looking for a creative dynamo to help us scale the next wave of digital storytelling.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Create thumb-stopping Reels, Instagram Stories, and short-form videos for various social media platforms.
• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality promotional and brand videos that bring our brand to life with flair and creativity.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with campaigns, launches, and trending moments.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to roll out content that aligns with brand strategy and visual identity.
• Stay ahead of the curve on social media trends, evolving formats, and viral-worthy content ideas.
• Craft captivating copy for social media captions, video hooks, and campaign taglines that spark engagement.
• Play an active role in influencer marketing – whether that’s partnering with creators or being the influencer yourself!
• Represent the brand as a social media influencer with on-screen presence, charm, and authenticity.
• Pitch bold, quirky, scroll-breaking content concepts every week – and make them happen!

What will you need to succeed?

• Acreative mind that sees magic in the mundane.
• A portfolio of past work (even personal IG/ Linkedin content counts!)
• Passion for storytelling, aesthetics, and digital media.
• Comfort in front of or behind the camera (we love dual threats!)
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, InShot, Adobe Rush, or anything else that gets your creativity flowing.
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and content performance insights.

Bonus Points if You’re:

• A social media influencer with a following.
• Into trends, memes, and pop culture.
• Comfortable doing voiceovers or quick scripting.
