Job Description

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Recruitment and Onboarding: Develop and post job advertisements employees and staff etc. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate with department heads to select candidates. Facilitate onboarding programs, including orientation and training on safety protocols specific to extrusion and fabrication processes. Employee Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution. Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with the company’s values. Organize employee engagement activities to enhance morale and productivity. Payroll and Benefits: Manage payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate salary Calculations and verifications. Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, leave policies, and provident fund contributions etc. Maintain accurate records of attendance, leaves, and overtime, for workers in the production unit. Compliance and Policies: Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory regulations, and industry-specific standards. Develop and update HR policies, including those related to workplace safety and overtime for manufacturing staff. Conduct regular audits of HR processes and maintain employee records in compliance with statutory requirements. Training and Development: Identify training needs for production staff, such as machine operation, safety protocols, and quality control etc. Coordinate with external trainers or internal supervisors to conduct skill development programs. Track employee performance and recommend career development opportunities. Facility Management: Oversee the maintenance of the office and production facility, including coordination with vendors for repairs and supplies. Ensure availability of essential supplies, such as PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) for production workers and office stationery. Inventory and Procurement Support: Assist in managing inventory records for administrative supplies and coordinate with the procurement team for raw materials used in edge production and frame fabrication. Maintain documentation for vendor contracts and payments. Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain administrative reports, such as attendance, expense records, and production-related documentation. Support the management team with data for operational reviews and audits. Event and Travel Coordination: Organize company events, such as team meetings, safety drills, or industry exhibitions. Arrange travel and accommodation for staff attending trade shows or training programs.
