Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Ensure statutory compliance related to labor laws, Provident Fund (PF), Employees State Insurance (ESI), Workmens Compensation (WC), Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act (CLRA), and other applicable acts across multiple states.
  • Process end-to-end payroll, including attendance collation, leave tracking, salary calculation, and salary disbursement.
  • Manage construction site workforce—handle onboarding, documentation, attendance, and resolve workforce issues as they arise.
  • Handle attendance & leave management systems at all project sites as well as the Head Office.
  • Comply with project-wise statutory audits for timely filing, inspections, and any required documentation.
  • Maintain and update personnel records, contracts, and compliance registers as per statutory requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, or an equivalent field.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in HR & Admin roles, preferably within the construction/Infrastructure sector.
  • Strong knowledge of state-wise statutory & labor compliance.
  • Practical experience in payroll processing and attendance management systems.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as per business needs.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRMS software.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Looking for a long-term association and career growth.
