Role & responsibilities Ensure statutory compliance related to labor laws, Provident Fund (PF), Employees State Insurance (ESI), Workmens Compensation (WC), Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act (CLRA), and other applicable acts across multiple states. Process end-to-end payroll, including attendance collation, leave tracking, salary calculation, and salary disbursement. Manage construction site workforce—handle onboarding, documentation, attendance, and resolve workforce issues as they arise. Handle attendance & leave management systems at all project sites as well as the Head Office. Comply with project-wise statutory audits for timely filing, inspections, and any required documentation. Maintain and update personnel records, contracts, and compliance registers as per statutory requirements. Preferred candidate profile Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, or an equivalent field. 2 to 4 years of experience in HR & Admin roles, preferably within the construction/Infrastructure sector. Strong knowledge of state-wise statutory & labor compliance. Practical experience in payroll processing and attendance management systems. Willingness to travel to project sites as per business needs. Proficient in MS Office and HRMS software. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
