Key Responsibilities: - Oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, and personnel records. - Assist in staff training, performance appraisals, and professional development initiatives. - Ensure adherence to HR policies, aligning with the school's values and culture. - Handle student fee collection (cash, cheque, online) and update CRM/ERP systems. - Maintain accurate fee records and coordinate reconciliations with accounts. - Act as a communication bridge between staff and school management. - Coordinate with teaching and non-teaching staff to implement management directives. - Assist with reports, meetings, and follow-ups with management. - Support the planning, execution, and documentation of school events and activities. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or Commerce. - 2-3 years of experience in HR, school administration, or similar roles (preferred). - Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English & Malayalam. - Proficiency in CRM/ERP systems and MS Office applications. - Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and meet deadlines.
