HR & CRM Executive

As an HR & CRM Executive at The International School of Thrissur, your role involves managing human resources, fee management, and CRM software operations. Your proactive and detail-oriented approach will be crucial in ensuring smooth daily operations through effective communication and coordination between staff and management. Key Responsibilities: - Human Resource Management: - Oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, and personnel records. - Assist in staff training, performance appraisals, and professional development initiatives. - Ensure adherence to HR policies aligned with the school's values and culture. - CRM & Fee Management: - Handle student fee collection (cash, cheque, online) and update CRM/ERP systems. - Maintain accurate fee records and coordinate reconciliations with accounts. - Ensure confidentiality, data accuracy, and compliance with school processes. - Coordination & Communication: - Act as a communication bridge between staff and school management. - Coordinate with teaching and non-teaching staff to implement management directives. - Assist with reports, meetings, and follow-ups with management. - Support the planning, execution, and documentation of school events and activities. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or Commerce. - 2-3 years of experience in HR, school administration, or similar roles (preferred). - Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English & Malayalam. - Proficiency in CRM/ERP systems and MS Office applications. - Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and meet deadlines.
