Position Overview

The International School of Thrissur is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & CRM Executive to manage human resources, fee management, and CRM software operations. This position demands excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to coordinate effectively between staff and management for smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resource Management

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, and personnel records.
• Manage attendance, leave records, payroll coordination, and employee welfare activities.
• Assist in staff training, performance appraisals, and professional development initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to HR policies, aligning with the school’s values and culture.

CRM & Fee Management

• Handle student fee collection (cash, cheque, online) and update CRM/ERP systems.
• Maintain accurate fee records and coordinate reconciliations with accounts.
• Generate reports, send reminders, and follow up with parents for fee payments.
• Maintain confidentiality, data accuracy, and ensure compliance with school processes.

Coordination & Communication

• Act as a communication bridge between staff and school management.
• Coordinate with teaching and non-teaching staff to implement management directives.
• Assist with reports, meetings, and follow-ups with management.
• Support the planning, execution, and documentation of school events and activities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or Commerce.
• 2-3 years of experience in HR, school administration, or similar roles (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English & Malayalam.
• Proficiency in CRM/ERP systems and MS Office applications.
• Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and meet deadlines.
