We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to support our HR department in managing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management, and maintaining compliance with labor laws and organizational policies. Key Responsibilities Organize and maintain personnel records. Update and manage internal HR databases (e.g., leave records, maternity/sick leave). Prepare HR documentation, including employment contracts, new hire guides, and onboarding materials. Revise and implement company policies in line with compliance requirements. Liaise with external partners such as insurance vendors and ensure legal compliance. Create regular HR reports and presentations (e.g., employee turnover rates). Respond to employee queries on HR-related matters. Assist the Accounts team by providing employee information (leaves, attendance, schedules). Arrange travel accommodations and process employee expense claims. Participate in HR projects, such as organizing job fairs and employee engagement activities. Publish and remove job advertisements across platforms. Schedule and coordinate job interviews, liaising with candidates and hiring managers. Develop training materials and support onboarding sessions for new hires. Maintain and update internal systems with accurate employee data. Requirements Proven experience as an HR Administrator, HR Assistant, or relevant role. Proficiency in MS Office applications and HR software/databases. Strong understanding of labour laws and HR compliance requirements. Excellent organizational and time-management skills . Strong communication skills (phone, email, and in-person). Ability to prioritize and manage multiple HR projects simultaneously.
