Job Description

As an HR & Admin Executive at our company in Kochi, your role will be crucial in managing the administrative and human resources functions effectively. You will be supporting the Founder CEO directly in a dynamic and growth-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities: - **Human Resources & Compliance** - Ensure statutory compliance by keeping abreast of all relevant Labour Laws, PF, ESI, Gratuity, and other HR-related statutory requirements. - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for non-technical roles, from job posting to onboarding. - Maintain accurate employee records (physical and digital) and oversee leave/attendance systems. - **Administration & Executive Support** - Oversee general office management including procurement, vendor management, facility maintenance, and daily operations. - Provide confidential support to the Founder CEO by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, preparing reports, and handling priority tasks. Qualifications Required: - 3-5 years of experience in an HR and Administration role, preferably in a startup or small/mid-sized company. - Post Graduate degree (PG) in HR or equivalent qualification is advantageous. - Excellent oral and written communication skills for stakeholder management and executive assistance. - Strong work ethic with a willingness to go the extra mile to meet critical deadlines. - Mandatory Work From Office attendance in Kochi. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our administrative and HR processes while providing crucial support to the Founder CEO.
