Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Human Resources: Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and induction of new employees. Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems. Coordinate performance appraisal processes and maintain appraisal records. Support employee engagement activities and welfare programs. Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (e.g., PF, ESIC, labor laws). Assist in preparing HR reports, dashboards, and documentation. Administration: Oversee general office administration (supplies, maintenance, travel bookings, etc.). Manage vendor relationships for administrative support services Coordinate meetings, conferences, and company events. Ensure the office environment is clean, safe, and well-maintained. Maintain proper documentation and filing systems (physical and digital). Monitor and manage company assets and inventory. Key Skills and Competencies: Strong interpersonal and communication skills Organizational and time management skills Attention to detail and accuracy Problem-solving and decision-making skills Discretion and integrity when handling confidential information Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software/tools Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 2–4 years of relevant work experience in HR and administration Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance Experience with HRIS systems is an advantage Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Noida Sector 62, Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 15/06/2025
