HR & Admin Executive

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Admin to manage day-to-day HR operations and support our team effectively. This role requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain employee records and HR databases.

Handle recruitment administration: job postings, shortlisting, interview scheduling, and onboarding.

Support payroll processing and leave management.

Assist in performance appraisal processes and maintain related records.

Ensure adherence to HR policies in daily operations.

Facilitate employee engagement activities, training schedules, and internal communications.

Generate HR reports, including attendance, leave, and other employee metrics.

Coordinate with other departments to address HR-related queries and support operational needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience as an HR Administrator or HR Executive.

Strong understanding of HR processes and labor laws.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

High level of discretion and professionalism.

Experienced/Freshers both
