Job Role Summary: The HR Executive plays a key role in driving the organization’s people strategy by overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, payroll, training, and offboarding processes. This position serves as a vital link between management and employees, ensuring that HR operations align with business objectives and foster a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Onboarding Plan and manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, selection). Collaborate with department heads to develop job descriptions. Oversee onboarding and induction programs for new hires. 2. Employee Relations & Engagement Address employee grievances and maintain healthy workplace relations. Organize engagement initiatives, celebrations, and team-building activities. Conduct stay and exit interviews to support retention strategies. 3. Performance Management & Appraisals Ensure timely execution of performance reviews and feedback cycles. Assist managers in defining KPIs and performance goals. Implement Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) when required. 4. HR Compliance & Policy Implementation Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies. Update and communicate HR policies regularly. Manage disciplinary procedures and workplace safety initiatives. 5. Payroll & Attendance Management Supervise salary processing, attendance, and leave management. Ensure accurate and timely payroll disbursement. Manage salary revisions, bonuses, and incentives. 6. Training & Development Identify training needs and coordinate learning sessions. Conduct skill enhancement and compliance training programs. Track training outcomes and maintain training records. 7. Exit Process & Offboarding Manage resignations, terminations, and full & final settlements. Conduct exit interviews and document key insights. Oversee proper handover and knowledge transfer. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Recruitment Efficiency: Time to fill open positions. Employee Retention Rate: Improved satisfaction and reduced attrition. Payroll Accuracy: Timely, error-free salary and compliance processing. Training Impact: Employee skill enhancement and participation levels. Performance Review Compliance: Completion of appraisals as per schedule. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field. 3–5 years of experience in HR operations or executive-level HR functions. Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll, and performance systems. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in HRMS and MS Office tools.
