Job Description

Key Responsibilities1. Human Resources (HR) OperationsRecruitment Support: Assist in posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates. Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate the joining formalities for new hires (ID cards, workstations, welcome kits, documentation) and handle exit formalities for resigning employees. Employee Records: Maintain accurate physical and digital employee files, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and compliant. Attendance & Leave Management: Monitor daily attendance, track leave balances, and regularize attendance logs for payroll processing. Employee Engagement: Help organize team-building activities, festivals, birthdays, and corporate events to maintain a positive company culture. Grievance Handling: Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies, leaves, and general support. 2. General AdministrationOffice Management: Oversee the upkeep of office facilities, including cleanliness, security, and maintenance of equipment (ACs, printers, etc.). Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, security, internet, and office supplies; negotiate rates and process invoices. Inventory Control: Manage stock of stationery, pantry supplies, and medicines; place orders as needed to avoid shortages. Travel & Accommodation: Handle travel bookings (flights/trains/cabs) and hotel accommodation for employees traveling for business. Asset Management: Maintain a register of company assets (laptops, mobiles, keys) issued to employees.
