Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Senior GSA to join our team at Rakabi The Fern, An Ecotel Hotel. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff activities to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to meet guest requirements.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify areas needing improvement and provide feedback to staff.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and staff performance.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in housekeeping management within a hotel or resort setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and guide staff.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to resolve issues and improve processes.
