Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Executive to join our team at Taj Wellington Mews. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong background in housekeeping and excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and checklists to ensure all rooms meet guest expectations.
Conduct regular inspections to identify areas needing improvement and provide feedback to staff members.
Collaborate with other departments, such as front office and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations.
Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and equipment related to housekeeping.
Train and mentor new employees on housekeeping procedures and best practices.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in housekeeping within the hospitality industry, preferably in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of cleaning protocols, safety procedures, and quality control measures.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
