Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Hotel Manager to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. The ideal candidate will have 7-12 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality guest experiences.
Develop and implement strategies to improve hotel performance, increase revenue, and enhance overall efficiency.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to optimize hotel profitability.
Supervise and train staff members to achieve exceptional levels of customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless execution of events and services.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in managing hotels or resorts, preferably with a background in luxury hospitality.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage high-performing teams.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of hotel management systems, including reservation, front desk, and housekeeping operations.
Familiarity with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards related to employment practices.
